汽车直连卫星业务正式面向市场

　　 中新网 4月28日电 记者获悉，中国电信和比亚迪携手打造的汽车直连卫星业务正式面向市场。此款终端依托于中国自主研发的“天通一号”卫星移动通信系统，为车载通信提供了更完备的通信手段。据介绍，汽车直连卫星业务除了用在一些网络无法覆盖地区外，还可应用在一些极端场景上，若车辆发生严重事故，系统可自动触发E-CALL功能，当无地面网络时仍可通过卫星电话与车主取得联系，第一时间进行救助服务。(中新财经)
