湖南九峰水库出现险情 当地要求立即转移群众

　　7月9日，湖南汨罗市防汛抗旱指挥部发布紧急指令：

　　根据岳阳市防指紧急指令，平江县九峰水库出现险情，要求三江镇、大荆镇、长乐镇、罗江镇立即组织受九峰水库影响的群众转移至安全区域，必须应转尽转。
