快递新规2024年3月1日起施行：不得抛扔踩踏快件

　　 中新网 1月5日电 据交通运输部网站消息，《快递市场管理办法》已于2023年12月8日经第28次部务会议通过，现予公布，自2024年3月1日起施行。其中规定，保障快件安全，防止快件丢失、损毁、内件短少，不得抛扔、踩踏快件；除因不可抗力因素外，按照约定在承诺的时限内将快件投递到收件地址、收件人。(中新财经)
