　　当地时间3月22日，联合国秘书长古特雷斯通过发言人办公室发表声明，强烈谴责当天在莫斯科市郊一音乐厅发生的恐怖袭击。

　　古特雷斯向受害者及家属和俄罗斯联邦政府表示深切的慰问。他祝愿受伤的人早日康复。(央视记者 徐德智)
