　　近期，美国政客不断炒作中国新能源“产能过剩”。真是这样吗？我们跟广交会上的外资企业聊了聊。外商坦言，“中国发展新能源对我们是好事”。在他们看来，发展中国家对新能源产品的潜在需求巨大；中国绿色产能不仅没过剩，还远远不足。
