　　 中新网 8月1日电 糖尿病患者不能吃无花果吗？无花果富含多种营养成分，包括膳食纤维、维生素及矿物质等。无花果确实口感很甜，不过对糖尿病人来说，最应当注意的是避免血糖水平剧烈波动，口味甜不甜只能作为参考因素。新鲜的无花果升糖指数只能算中等，适量食用是可以的。(来源：@科学辟谣 中国新闻网微博)
