河南郑州取消商品房销售价格指导

　　 中新网 7月31日电 郑州市住房保障和房地产管理局网站发布关于取消商品住房销售价格指导的通知。经市政府研究，住房保障部门不再对新建商品住房销售价格进行指导，开发企业按照自主定价进行销售、办理商品房预(销)售许可(备案)手续。(中新财经)
