我国首单国产内燃机车保税租赁出口非洲

　　今天(2月23日)，我国国产10台窄轨(DF8BJ)内燃机车在天津海关完成出口租赁手续后，发往非洲塞拉利昂。这是我国首单以保税租赁方式出口的内燃机车，对于推动中国高端制造“走出去”、助力中非高质量共建“一带一路”等具有重大意义。
