　　 中新网 5月23日电 有传言说咖啡会影响铁的吸收，进而导致贫血。但事实上，咖啡只影响非血红素铁的吸收，即谷物和蔬菜中的那种，对肉类中的血红素铁并没有影响。我们饮食中的铁有很多来源，咖啡因摄入对人体总体的铁吸收并没有很大影响。(来源：@科学辟谣 中国新闻网微博 )
